When I moved to Philadelphia 25 years ago little did I know it would
be the greatest decision of my life.
Like anyone else I’ve had good times and bad, I’ve met some great
people and some jerks. And as Sinatra said...regrets I’ve had a few,
but then again too few to mention.
As Philadelphians we have a terrible habit of tearing ourselves down.
But look what we did in one day Philadelphia. In one 12 hour period we
raised over $121,000. Stand proud!
A city isn’t about businesses or buildings, celebrities or sports
teams, it’s about people. And there are no other people anywhere else
in the world I would rather live with.
On behalf of the Philadelphia Veterans Multi Service and Education
Center and the Veterans that they serve, thank you all.
